Before establishing the Palmichael, Chef/Patron Vincenzo left Italy to train in Switzerland and France to experience different cultures and traditions of food and wine before coming to England as a fully qualified chef. This experience is reflected in the development of his menu.
For 27 years the Palmichael has been successfully run by Vincenzo and Angela Palmiero. In August 2006 the restaurant undergone an extensive refurbishment to create a chic modern eatery and has since be managed by Son Michael and Daughter Maria offering new exciting ideas and bringing valued experience to the business. Their focus on excellent food and good friendly service is priority.
Michael has worked in the Mediterranean as a private chef and in various 4 star quality hotels around the country. Vincenzo and Michael work together developing new dishes and sharing their experience to achieve the highest standard in Italian cuisine.
Throughout the years the Palmichael has developed classic signature dishes which can be found on the menu in the Palmichael Classico Range. These dishes reflect the restaurants fine reputation and customer favourites over the 27 years it has been established.
